1. Los listados en CompraoAlquila.com aumentaron un 49%

2. El tiempo en el mercado de listados en sobre $300,000 aumento considerablemente.

3. Los agentes de bienes raices manejan el 77% de los listados en CompraoAlquila.com

4. Estimamos que la reduccion en prestamos hipotecarios del 2006 al 2007 fue entre 60% a 70%

Que podemos esperar para el 2008? Me expreso en ingles…

2007 was a year of technology buildup and education for the industry - brokers need to learn the difference between pulling and pushing for clients… A blog, a video channel, web 2.0 tools such as alert automation and CMA estimates are the kind of information that will drive credibility to your clients. 3. Experiment - with online video and networking websites such as facebook and myspace.
