This past Thursday morning we had the opportunity to chat with Sergio Fernandez during “Coffee Break” at Radio Station WOSO, 10.30 AM.

We focused our interview on CompraoAlquila.com and the latest search features available for all our users, including:

• Alert feature - save searches of what you are interested in, to be notified later
• Video Tours within our listings

We also reflected a little bit on the industry as a whole and the situation that we’re in.

It is a “buyer’s market” out there, too bad there aren’t many buyers - see, it goes like this: The industry and economy is not doing too well, but technology and innovation is thriving…

In part because we don’t have to deal with government bureaucracies or left-wing nut cases that affect other industries. What does this mean?
- 2006 was a year of technology buildup for us
- 2007 was a year of implementing our technology to clients looking to enhance and maximize on their processes and services
- 2008 will be a year of delivering results while continuing to enhance those processes

I just hope the rest of Puerto Rico is on board - Efficient Innovation leads to exellent progress…
